| Review: | The teachers were great The 2 weeks I spent at Fast Forward improved a lot my Portuguese. The teachers were great; they could explain grammar rules in an easy way to understand for a foreigner like me and also they sized quickly students up so that they could correct our weaknesses and consolidate our strengths. All the staff at school was always keen to help students. The school is very well located and within easy access either by train, bus or subway. All classrooms have wide windows and on top of that no one were allowed to smoke inside the school. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | I felt truely at home In every aspect of studying abroad, from learning the language, to learning the culture, to making friends, to becoming a "local" (without having to give up being a tourist all the time), Fast Forward is dedicated to every student it recieves. When I first arrived, I was afraid that the small classes would be intimidating and stressful, -but it was the complete opposite. Instead, I got truely personalized attention that helped me learn Portuguese quickly and really got to know my teachers and classmates on a deeper level. Going to school in the morning was more like going to a friend`s house than going to class. Outside of class, Fast Forward was just as dedicated to my learning both the language and the culture. Multiple activities per week gave me the chance to see and do things in Porto that I was unaware of and a chance to spend time with my classmates in a local setting. Fast Forward also arranged a homestay for me with an incredible local family. For someone as shy as I am, I can think of no better compliment than to say that with them, although halfway around the world, I felt truely at home. The month I spent in Porto was amazing! I`m already trying to find an excuse to go back! Comments [ 0 ] |
