| Review: | Great People, Great Environment Although I attended in the rainy season, the weather was good. Strengths: Well-organized, well-trained teachers, classes ran on schedule; amazing selection of extra-curricular activities (including cooking, dance, and art classes; weekend excursions; and one-on-one tutoring), clean and well-maintained campus, and supportive staff. No Internet access: bring your own laptop if you expect to be staying in touch with people via email. You will be surprised by how much you absorb in just a few weeks. A million opportunities to use your Spanish--do not miss the Mercado Lopz-Mateos in downtown Cuernavaca. It will change your life. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Wonderful School, Marvelous Location I had never been to Mexico and I spoke no Spanish. By the time I left Cuernavaca and Instituto Chac-Mool, I felt comfortable speaking in Spanish. The teachers really worked with me to make the learning experience interesting and to match my learning style. The school is beautiful; the staff very friendly. My homestay family made me feel like one of the family. They recommended places to see and showed me the bus route to the center of Cuernavaca. And Cuernavaca is so lovely with museums and churches. | Review: | I'm recommending this school to you. I loved my time at Chac Mool, the teachers are excellent and well trained. I had the best month of my life at the school, plus I learned more Spanish than I could have imagined. And I received college credit too. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | The Best in Cuernavaca I had a fantastic experience at Chac-Mool. Not only are the teachers well trained and helpful, they were friendly and encouraging. Everything was well organized, from the moment I contacted the school, to my trip home. Other students I talked to while at the school seemed equally impressed and enthusiastic about their time there. I have attended several immersion schools in the past, including others in Cuernavaca, and by comparison I'd say Chac Mool is far superior. The quality of the instruction and the methodology, will have me returning for more classes at a future date. My homestay family was right by the school and a happy place to be. I look forward to returning to their home as well. From my personal experience and research, Chac Mool is the best of the best in Cuernavaca. Comments [ 0 ] |
