I have been to many language schools and this is just the best - beside the Atlantic ocean, great fun in the village, the teachers also teach teachers and so that means the lessons are really up to date so you can enjoy and learn a lot at the same time. It's not ever boring. We went sailing, tennis, horse-riding and I saw whales and dolphins on the boat trip. My host father Pat taught me how to fish and my host mother Vera taught me an Irish dance! | Review: | beauty location, teaching and leisure are great We went in spring and it was so good. The school is beside the sea. small and very friendly.The family was so nice and the food great. I think the teachers are the best English teachers because they are really interested and the class size is small. We met lots of Irish in the pubs and cafes. Schull in West Cork is a small village but has 14 pubs and 8 restaurants/cafes. The leisure programme has lots of watersports, horse-riding, hiking, golf and we learnt Irish dance and music too.
