| Review: | Poor Customer Service Unfortunately, Actilangue has poor customer service. The school administrator and director are slow to respond to student requests and will often refuse any such requests for assistance. Sometimes, the school administration will pretend not to understand English, even though all email communication they send out is in English. Additionally, the school does not evaluate their homestay families. In many instances, students were placed with improper families who did not take an interest in the students. Also, these homestays are usually far away from the school (30mins. by bus) The quality of teaching is below average. There are one or two teachers who are kind and will do their best. However, there are also inexperienced teachers as well as older, cynical teachers who are unprofessional and impolite. The school does not have a fun atmosphere. After classes finish in the afternoon, staff will walk around and tell students to leave the building, which is rude and unprofessional. Finally, the facilities are quite small and old. Many students complained about the lack of air conditioning in hot July. I do not recommend this school. While the price is very cheap, the quality of service and education is extremely poor. In the end, you will leave unsatisfied. |
